2019年2月5日,大年初一,是中國傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日中最為重要的一天。一年之計在于春,騰暉光伏于新年的第一天舉行了產線升級改造儀式,騰暉光伏技術有限公司總裁陳波瀚出席現(xiàn)場儀式。騰暉江蘇常熟工廠和泰國工廠兩個生產基地同時進行電池車間和組件車間的改造升級。

改造分兩期進行,第一期改造計劃是將單晶PERC電池片年產能提升至2GW,量產效率超過22%,同時配備多種智能化生產及檢測設備,預計第一季度完成改造。按照年度規(guī)劃,到2019年年底,單晶PERC電池年產能將超過3GW。

另外組件端產線重點是在半片組件封裝技術的改造,由于半片電池片組件功率封裝損失更小,未來半片電池應用市場份額將大幅上升,半片技術為目前所有技術中設備、良率、實際產量都相對成熟的技術路線,能夠快速有效的滿足高功率產品的市場需求。72片多晶半片組件的功率可達350W;72片高效單晶半片組件的功率可達390W。

此次產線的改造,不僅擴大了高效產品的產能,也提升了企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化生產水平,降低了生產成本,進一步提升了生產效率和產品質量,將大大提升騰暉光伏在國際市場上的競爭力,尤其是歐美,日本及澳大利亞等重點市場。除此以外,大硅片組件的產線改造計劃也已立項,改造將于2019年上半年啟動,改造后的72片單晶組件功率將達400 W,切實有效的提高組件的轉換效率。騰暉將通過持續(xù)投入,不斷挖掘高效電池技術的強大潛能,引領高效產品的廣泛應用,推動光伏度電成本的進一步降低,實現(xiàn)未來太陽能光伏更廣泛的應用和普及。

As for the plan of production line transformation, it is scheduled to take place in two phases. The first phase of the plan is to increase the annual production capacity of PERC Mono cells up to 2GW, with mass production efficiency exceeding 22%, and to equip the factory with a variety of intelligent production and testing equipment. The transformation is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019. According to the annual plan, by the end of 2019, the annual capacity of PERC Mono cells will exceed 3GW.

When it comes to the module production line upgrade, a key point is the improvement of half-cut cell modules packaging technology. Due to its smaller power encapsulation loss of the half-cut cell modules, the market share of half-cutcell applications will increase significantly in the future. The maximum powerof half-cut 72-cell poly module reaches 350W and a half-cut 72-cell PERC mono module reaches 390W. Half-cut cell technology is a relatively mature technical route in terms of equipment, yield and actual output in all module production technologies at present, which can quickly and effectively meet the market demand of high-power products.

The transformation of the production line can not only expand the production capacity of high-efficiency products, reduce the production cost, but also further improve the production efficiency and product quality, which will greatly increase Talesun’s competitiveness in the international market,especially in Europe, the United States, Japan, Australia and other key markets. In addition, the production line transformation plan for new dimension modules (158.75 mm *158.75 mm) has also been approved, which will start in the first half of 2019. After the transformation, the maximum power of 72-cell mono modules is expected to reach 400W, effectively improving the conversion efficiency of modules. Talesun will continue invest in R&D to achieve the potential of high efficiency cells, to reduce LCoE, therefore realizing the wider application and popularization of solar photovoltaic in the future.
